Glenn Gutierrez
With more than 20 years of hands-on experience in flooring installation, sales, and remodeling, he brings deep product knowledge and practical expertise to every project. He has built his reputation by helping customers find the right solutions for their homes, always focusing on quality workmanship and dependable service.
His journey in the flooring industry began with true entrepreneurial grit, personally taking carpet samples to potential customers out of the back of his car. That dedication and hard work laid the foundation for the successful business he leads today and continues to shape the way he serves every client.
Outside of work, he is a devoted husband to Lindsay and a proud father of three. With one grandchild already and another on the way, family remains at the heart of everything he does. Known for his dynamic personality and ability to build strong relationships, he leaves a positive and lasting impression wherever he goes.
Israel “Ira” Flores
Israel “Ira” Flores has been a trusted member of the All American Discount Flooring team for over five years. Known for his strong product knowledge and steady, solutions-focused approach, Ira helps customers feel confident from selection through completion. His calm demeanor and consistency play an important role in delivering projects that meet the high standards our customers expect.
Outside of work, Ira is deeply involved in youth sports. He coaches wrestling and currently serves as Head Coach for Girls Wrestling at Selah High School, where he mentors young athletes and helps them build confidence and resilience.
Jose Rivera
Jose Rivera brings a strong background in construction, offering valuable insight when evaluating remodeling possibilities for customers’ homes. His hands-on experience allows him to understand both the vision and the practical steps required to bring it to life. As a bilingual team member, Jose helps ensure Spanish-speaking customers feel comfortable and fully supported throughout their project.
Outside of work, Jose enjoys spending time with his wife, Maddie, and their growing family. They are excited to welcome a new addition later this year.
